배송 가이드
주문하신 모든 상품은 전국 3~4일 에 지정하신 장소로 배송됩니다.
배송료는
US$100 미만 : US$10
US$100 이상 : 무 료
단, 상품의 매진 또는 재고 부족 등의 특별한 사유로 인해 배송의 지연이 예상될 경우에는 미리 배송에 관한 안내를 드리며, 도서/산간 지방의 경우는 배송비가 추가 될 수 있으며 배송에 소요되는 기간이 연장될 수 있으니 양지하시기 바랍니다.
Shipping Policy
All ordered products will be delivered to the designated place nationwide in 3-4 days.
Shipping cost:
- Under US$100: US$10
- Over US$100: Free
However, if there is a delay in delivery due to special reasons such as out of stock or out of stock, we will notify you in advance about the delivery. In the case of islands/mountainous areas, additional shipping costs may apply and the delivery period may be longer.
반품/교환 가이드
배송이 완료된 상품은 교환이나 또는 반품하실 수 있습니다. 단, 본래의 제품 포장을 뜯으셔서 상품의 가치가 없어진 경우에는 반품이나 교환이 불가능하며, 배송 후 7일이 경과하게 되면 반품, 교환이 불가능합니다. 제품이 파손되어 배달된 경우, 반드시 받으신 제품 그대로(박스,내지 포함) 보존하시고 해당 상태를 볼 수 있도록 사진 촬영을 하여 저희쪽에 연락주시면 최대한 신속하게 처리해드리겠습니다. 특정한 사유없는 단순 반품/교환인 경우에는 고객님께서 배송비를 지불하셔야 합니다.
Return/Exchange Policy
You can exchange or return the delivered product. However, if the original product packaging is opened and the value of the product is lost, return or exchange is not possible. If 7 days have passed after delivery, return or exchange is not possible.
If the product is damaged in delivery, please keep the product as it is (including the box and contents) and take a picture so that you can see the condition and contact us. We will process it as quickly as possible.
In the case of a simple return/exchange without a specific reason, the customer must pay the shipping cost.
